A triplex penthouse for an international businessman was crafted by combining two apartments on 3 floors and was inspired by the client’s vast art collection and the Art Deco residences in Manhattan’s fabled landmark buildings. We designed all interior features and from scratch as the existing 3 levels were entirely gutted. A highlight of this penthouse was the design of its 2000 square foot terrace which features a custom designed swimming pool that required a helicopter to transport it to the building’s roof.
