n 1998 his design associate Juliana Zaraza contributed her own distinctive flair for design and joined him on many projects. Most recently the two completed a major redesign of a home in Martha’s Vinyard.

In his free time David enjoys entertaining at home, his architecture and design library, travels to Cape Cod and engaging in his ability to speak both Spanish and French. David was raised in an Army family and lived in Germany for 7 years during his childhood. After spending 4 years living in New Orleans after hurricane Katrina, David currently resides in Houston with his partner and their Boston Terrier, Lamont.

David also has been involved in the antiques and art business since 1991 when he opened his first gallery in Houston’s River Oaks area with a satellite shop in Dallas. His exposure to French antiques while living in Paris honed his eye for a European design aesthetic that reflects constantly in his work.
